Are you an experienced Banqueting and Conference Supervisor ready for a new challenge?
THE JOB:
* Overseeing the Hotel's operations and Management of the Night Reception Tea.
* Conducting inspections and audit of the front and back of house as well as F&B outlets during shift.
* Ensuring adherence to the company procedures.
* Monitoring of early morning wake up procedures as well as efficiently following check-in/out processes.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Min. 1 year experience in a Reception Management or Night Management within a 4 or 5 star property.
* Able to run the night audit function.
* Knowledgeable of front office systems as well as back up procedures.
* Ability to adhere to the set standards onsite.
* Please note that due to the location of the property you MUST have own means of transport.
THE PACKAGE:
* 28K per annum
