Learning Support Assistant - Key Stage 1 (Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Daily Rate: £88.94+ (dependent on experience and client rate)
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) seeking a long-term role in a local Primary School?
We have a rewarding role involves working within a KS1 classroom with high numbers of pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to pupils with ALN to enhance learning outcomes.
*
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and management.
*
Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Requirements:
*
Experience in a Primary School setting is essential.
*
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
*
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
*
Relevant qualifications in supporting teaching and learning are highly desirable.
