Job Runner (Architect or Architectural Technologist)

Salary: £40-50,000 DOE

A leading Birmingham-based architectural practice is seeking an experienced Job Runner, either a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in healthcare design. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception through to completion

* Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

* Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages

* Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and healthcare standards

* Conduct site inspections and manage project delivery on-site

* Manage project timelines and resource planning

* Supervise and support junior team members

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Substantial UK-based experience

* Demonstrable experience in running healthcare projects independently

* Strong technical ability and knowledge of UK building regulations

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

* A proactive and organised approach to project delivery
