Installations Manager - South East - £45k pa + car and other benefits

We have been tasked with finding an outstanding Field-based Installations Manager for one of the UK's leading high-end bespoke kitchen manufacturers.

The Installation manager job is a challenging role and requires the ability to communicate and manage effectively, clearly, and appropriately to ensure each customer has their premium handmade kitchen delivered to the highest possible standard. It requires great attention to detail to make sure that all issues are considered to avoid disruption and delays, as well as problem solving skills in order to deal with any unforeseen issues.

The Role:

* Complete technical site surveys, producing written reports and liaising with designers, clients and contractors on all aspects of the installation.

* To recruit, retain and utilise a network of installation contractors within a determined area.

* Manage all sub-contractors under your responsibility to deliver in line with each project requirement, adhering to agreed designs, budgets, timescales and the company standard.

* To ensure that each sub-contractor performs in accordance with their contractual obligations and that all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.

* To ensure adequate measurement of each project to enable effective resolution of any problems before they impact the client.

* Support the management team through the provision of timely reports, data or other such information as may be required.

The Person:

* Have worked within the Fitted Kitchen market

* Advanced IT skills

* Having excellent customer service, communication skills both verbal and written

* Friendly and professional demeanor

* Having the ability to problem solve, be proactive and think outside of the box

* Happy to work flexible hours

* Full Driving Licence


This important role has a starting salary of £45,000 per annum, 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 days) plus Bank Holidays, expensed lease vehicle available if required or fuel allowance, and Government backed pension scheme.
