Position: Nightshift Supervisor
Location: Paisley
Hours: Monday to Friday days
Pay: £21.00ph - £43,680 basic
Overtime paid at 1.5
OTE: £50,000

My client is a fleet maintenance company who have been established for over 25 years. They are now looking for a skilled Nightshift Supervisor to hit the ground running and join their ever growing team.
About your new Nightshift Supervisor role
- Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
- Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
- Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI's are achieved.
- Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
- Be able to work on own initiative.
- Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVSA standards.
The successful Nightshift Supervisor will require
- An in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and trailers.
- Hold an HGV licence Class 1 (desirable but no essential)
- Be a fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ level 3
- Be able to undertake all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair
- Previous experience as a Nightshift Supervisor
