Hunter MH is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor to join a fantastic team in Milton Keynes. You will play a vital role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme, providing vital support and guidance to families with children from 0-5 years old.

Job Details:

* What: Health Visitor (SCPHN)

* Where: Milton Keynes.

* When: ASAP

* PAY: £26-£27 per hour.

* Type: Full time and Part Time.

* Start: ASAP

What you'll do:

* Deliver the 5 mandated Healthy Child Programme checks.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, emotional, and social development.

* Provide expert advice and support to families on a range of issues, including breastfeeding, child development, nutrition, and parenting.

* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community services to ensure seamless care for families.

* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the 0-19 service.

Requirements:

* A registered nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification

* Experienced Health Visitor with NHS experience.
