Head of Operations – £65,000 to £75,000 Derbyshire – Multi-site Role Manufacturing / Production Sector Are you an experienced operations leader looking for a role with real impact and future growth? We’re recruiting a Head of Operations for a thriving, forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work and ambitious plans. This is a pivotal role, managing a sizeable and dynamic team across across two Derbyshire based sites and helping shape the next phase of the company’s growth. You’ll lead a workforce of around 100 people through a handful of direct reports, and we are looking for someone who can build strong working relationships across the business. Key responsibilities: Overseeing all operational activity across the business Managing teams across Production, Supply Chain, Administration and Maintenance Driving efficiency and supporting growth in line with the business’s strong commercial pipeline Building strong working relationships and becoming a key player in the Senior Leadership Team This role would suit someone from a manufacturing or production background who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused leadership role. You’ll need to be confident managing multi-site operations, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, and motivating a diverse and busy workforce.
