We are working on behalf of a leading consultancy to recruit ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Planners across several UK offices. About the Role:

As a Graduate Planner, you will play an integral role in supporting the wider planning team on a variety of applications and development projects. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience and insight across all aspects of the planning process-from research and appraisals to public consultations and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting planning applications, pre-app enquiries, and appeals

*

Undertake planning research and basic appraisals

*

Prepare letters, reports, and supporting documentation

*

Review Local Authority plans and monitor policy developments

*

Attend site visits and assist with community engagement activities

*

Support the preparation of fee proposals and contribute to business development

*

Learn on the job while proactively developing your technical skills

*

Collaborate with team members and provide valuable input on planning projects

What We're Looking For:

A degree (or near completion) in Town Planning, Geography, or a related discipline

A genuine interest in planning and development

Strong communication and report-writing skills
