With a strong regional presence and a diverse client base, the company offers planning, architecture, surveying, valuation, and business advisory services across the Midlands. Their office is based in Shropshire.

Duties of the role:

* Supporting and managing planning applications, appeals, and site promotions

* Preparing reports, plans, and development research

* Handling a personal caseload of small-scale projects

* Assisting senior colleagues on larger or more complex developments

* Liaising directly with clients from varied sectors - from homeowners to large-scale developers

* Attending site visits and providing on-site planning advice

Candidate Requirements:

* Degree in Town Planning or a related subject

* Working towards RTPI membership

* Strong communication skills and a confident, calm approach

* Proactive, thorough, and keen to grow professionally

* A problem-solver with excellent written English

* Previous experience in a public or private planning role is advantageous, but not essential

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ideal
