Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Town Planner
Location: Winchester

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate or Assistant Planner to support a wide range of exciting projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The Role
* Assist in preparing planning applications, appeals, and representations.
* Conduct site appraisals and planning research.
* Engage with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
* Support senior colleagues in managing projects from inception to determination.
* Stay up-to-date with planning policy and legislation.
About You
* RTPI-accredited degree (completed or in progress towards Chartership).
* 1-2 years' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good understanding of the UK planning system.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a small, agile team.
