Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant who has a passion for technology and an enthusiasm for addressing business challenges through IT technical solutions is required for a leading IT Consultancy based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, North West England.

The company operate a hybrid working model, which means a mixture of homeworking, office and customer site visits. Successful candidates must possess a driver’s licence, live within a commutable distance of the Skelmersdale, Lancashire office and expect to spend 2-3 days in the office per week.

As a Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant you will kick-start your journey into IT and Consulting which offers rewarding and fulfilling work, and where exceptional career progression can be achieved. In your role as a Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant your learning and development will be supported by the Academy Programme, which typically takes 12 months, where upon successful completion you will be promoted.

• Soft skills development through the Personal Effectiveness Programme
• Visiting and engaging with high-profile clients to advise on best fit SAP/ERP software solutions
• Playing a role as part of a project team on various software implementation projects

• Building an understanding of the technical elements of SAP software including testing and configuration
• Learning to conduct business analysis by understanding client business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As a Graduate ERP Consultant / SAP Associate Consultant you should possess:
• An enthusiasm for addressing business challenges through IT technical solutions
• An understanding of the role of ERPs in a business landscape
• An interest in supply chain and logistics
• Ability to be customer-focused and a desire to be seen as a trusted advisor
• A self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of system and business analysis would be advantageous
