Location: Northallerton
Hours: Monday to Friday days
Pay: £18.50ph
Overtime rate paid at 1.3
About your new company
My client is a manufacturing, maintenance and repair company that has an excellent reputation for quality and service within many industries, such as quarrying, agricultural, food and civil. They have customers across the world and work to the highest of standards. Due to their continued growth they are now looking for a skilled Fitter/Fabricator to join there ever growing team.
About your new Fitter/Fabricator role
- You will be site fitting of structural steelwork/staircases, handrails, hoppers, conveyers, tanks etc
- You will be carrying out on site work to include welding, fitting, steel erection and fabrication
- General Fitter/Fabricator duties
The successful Fitter/Fabricator will require
- The successful Fitter/Fabricator must be a fully skilled with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three) in welding and fabricating
- Previous experience as a Fitter/Fabricator
- You must be able to MIG & MMA weld
- You must have the ability to read drawings
- Full UK driving licence
