Factory Operative | £12ph | Wareham

As Factory Operative , you'll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful distribution business with a great work environment.
You'll benefit from:

As a Factory Operative you will work:
Monday to Friday - 7am - 4pm
As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:
* Manual handling , such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
* Welding, such as butt welding and spot welding, using a jig
* Prepping and finishing components
* Basic inspection
* Working with specifications / diagrams
* General housekeeping duties
As a Factory Operative , you'll have:
* A good eye for detail
* Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
* A willingness to learn and work in a production environment
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
