THE JOB:
- Spearhead delivery across 12 UK and 8 international regions, ensuring member retention and engagement
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of Regional Directors and international managers
- Champion the organisations influence and insight function by fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the built environment landscape
- Develop and implement effective regional strategies to achieve key objectives and enhance member value
- Cultivate strong relationships with regional and local governments, industry leaders, and academic institutions.
KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in customer/client relationship management and business development
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
- The ability to motivate and lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident presence and the ability to influence at a high level
- Knowledge of the built environment, construction, or civil engineering sectors.
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- +pound;90,000
- Remote working
