It's exciting times, as they have several roles which will be critical in helping them shape their Digital, Data and Technology Transformation ambitions through to 2027.

If you have the drive, passion, and track record for helping organisations design, shape and improve their Customer Digital Experience, Change Management practice and Data Management then take a look at the exciting opportunities at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.

An integral role of this transformation programme is their newly created Data Manager , who will establish a new business function to design, govern and lead the new Data Framework across the business. Responsible for helping colleagues and stakeholders realise the importance of Data Quality and how this benefits the customers, colleagues and to remain compliant to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate would have Housing Sector experience.

At LHP, they have a flexible working approach through their agile working policy, this will mean you will have the accountability to plan your whereabouts to best complete the task at hand. This might mean you work at your home, in one of the offices located in Boston or, Grimsby or another location. You will have a choice to nominate either Grimsby or Boston as your main office, with expenses covered when travelling between the two offices.

What will I be expected to do as a Data Manager?

* Responsible for business partnering with managers, team leaders and senior stakeholders.

* Responsible for conducting Data Quality maturity assessments, data discovery workshops, forming data improvement plans, and delivering the desired change to agreed deadlines.

* Drive adoption of Data Quality controls within an agreed Data Framework.

* Responsible for creating regular stakeholder performance reports.

* Provide line management for the data team, ensuring workload are managed effectively to meet deadlines and deliver the quality required.

* Responsible for making recommendations to promote Data Literacy training across the organisation.

* Act as technical expert on Data Management and Data Governance lead at LHP.

What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Data Manager?

* Extensive experience shaping data strategies and data quality standards to improve business performance metrics and regulatory compliance.

* Extensive data quality expertise to define what good look like and helping people understand what this means to them.

* Extensive experience in data quality issue management including defining how this should work, implementing the right processes across the business and using it to drive value adding improvements.

* Extensive experience presenting and communicating with senior business stakeholders and work colleagues.

* Experience in being able to persuade and influence senior decision makers.

* Experience in planning, running, and extracting the right information from requirement workshops with people.

Will I need any qualifications?

Ideally, they'd like the successful person to possess one of the qualifications below, however these are not essential, and they'd welcome applications from candidates who don't have these or are working towards them.

* A Qualifications in Data Management Practitioner or equivalent
