Are you confident, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Client in Ramsgate as a Customer Service & Events Administrator. c£28,000/annum pro rata to an hourly temp rate.

In this varied and dynamic role, you'll be the face of the company - managing reception, supporting departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing front of house: greeting visitors, handling post, and overseeing reception

* Organising events and coordinating all travel arrangements

* Booking hotel accommodation and arranging buffets for meetings

* Ensuring lunch deliveries arrive on time

* Providing high-level administrative support across departments

* Prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records

* Logging and processing returns

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

* Confident and professional in appearance and attitude

* Committed to exemplary customer service

* Excellent at communicating at all levels

* Highly organised with great attention to detail

* Proficient in MS Office applications with good administration experience

* Able to prioritise work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable with multi-tasking and supporting a variety of departments

Location & Hours:

* Based on-site in Ramsgate

* Monday to Friday

* £13.50 per hour

This is an exciting 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right person.
