Bradbury Court in Harrow, North London, provides person-centred, responsive care for 21 adults with physical disabilities, in a spacious, modern home.

The Role

The organisations staff deliver a personalised care plan that's tailored to the individual. All care plans are discussed with the resident on a one-to-one basis, capturing exactly how a resident prefers to have their needs met. All care plans are signed off by the residents.

The organisation is looking for caring and community-minded people. You'll be creating meals and services at the required times to the residents of the home, according to the standards and procedures agreed with the Manager.

Skills and Experience

* Have proven, relevant experience, as well as demonstrable ability to cater for people with a range of medical dietary needs and specific dietary requirements.

* Have a well-organised approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, on your own initiative and when in contact with suppliers of provisions to the home.

* The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature, with a real desire to help.
