My client, a specialist UK based Civil Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Structural, Civil and Environmental Engineering, is searching for a Civil CAD Technician who can use Civils 3D to join their team in York.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a HNC/HND or BSc in Civil Engineering and ideally have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing waste water treatment designs using AutoCAD or Civils 3D.
It is beneficial for applicants to live locally as they will be required to work from the office.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to work on residential, commercial and industrial projects for private and publice sector clients.
You will also have the opportunity to complete;
-Sewerage and Pipeline Designs using AutoCAD, revit and AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
-Complete 2D and 3D design models and drawings for drainage and and road designs for residential develoopments.
-Design layouts, RC details, sections, site plans and civil detailing using AutoCAD and civils3D.
-Earthworks and levels.
