The Planning Team
The Planning division is 110-strong, with specialists based in London and Scotland. Within this, the Central London Planning team is a key pillar, advising major landowners, developers, and occupiers across London's most complex and high-profile schemes.
Recent landmark projects include:
* Masterplanning for Selfridges
* Redevelopment of the M&S Headquarters on Oxford Street
* The Ewer Street Masterplan for Landsec
* Transformation of the BT Centre
* Regeneration of St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington
* New Moorfields Eye Hospital
* The Winstanley Estate regeneration in Wandsworth
The team works in tandem with a market-leading Heritage & Townscape group, ensuring clients benefit from an integrated planning and design service at the highest level.
The Opportunity
