Job Title: Care Worker
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate care workers in Birmingham to support clients with complex needs like brain injuries, learning disabilities, and long-term conditions. You'll provide person-centred care in clients' homes and communities under the guidance of a case manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
*
Support clients' independence and participation in activities.
*
Communicate with clients, families, and professionals.
*
Monitor health changes and maintain records.
*
Follow health and safety procedures, including using PPE.
Essential Requirements:
*
Minimum 6 months' experience in care or support.
*
Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
*
Good communication skills and empathy.
*
Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
*
Experience with brain injuries or complex needs.
*
UK driving licence and transport.
