Care Assistant
Job Type : Full or Part Time
Location: Reading RG8
Salary: £12-£14 per hour plus paid realistic travel time between visits and 40p per mile fuel allowance. Paid annual leave, Phone data allowance.
Hours: 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with a break and flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

The Role
Our clients are looking for reliable, professional, and compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our team to help people in their community remain independent and comfortable in their own homes in the Reading area.
They make a real difference to people's lives, supporting them to remain at home when things get a bit more difficult for them.
They do things the right way, plenty of time with the client, plenty of travel time, good pay, mileage, and travel time paid.
They train you up and support you whatever time you are working day and evening.
This is a permanent position, providing quality care for clients in their own home, helping them to remain independent.
The calls are One hour long each as a minimum, so plenty of time to build relationships with the client.
Skills and Qualifications
* FULL UK driving license and always have use of a car for business use.
* Full training given including the care certificate.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Reliable with excellent time keeping skills.
* Passionate about delivering high standards of care to our clients.
* Be able to work on your own initiative.
