The Opportunity:

As a BREEAM Assessor, you will take the lead on sustainability assessments across a wide variety of projects. From early-stage planning to final certification, you will play a crucial role in helping clients meet and exceed their environmental goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Managing BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction review

* Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project teams to guide sustainability strategy

* Coordinating evidence collection and managing the credit submission process

* Keeping up to date with current BREEAM standards and wider sustainability regulations

* Providing clear, expert advice throughout each phase of the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

* Licensed BREEAM Assessor

* 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BREEAM assessments

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture (preferred)

* Confident managing multiple projects and working independently
