The firm is seeking an ambitious professional with a wealth of experience in a senior capacity within a multidisciplinary architectural practice. Their expertise spans across education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors. The role entails overseeing the entire project lifecycle, demonstrating strong technical and managerial skills. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, business development, client engagement, and resource management.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Associate:
* Desired MCIAT or RIBA/ARB chartership.
* Substantial post qualification experience in multidisciplinary practices.
* Essential proficiency in Revit.
* Project management expertise, including people management, and delegation skills.
* Strong technical prowess and keen attention to detail.
* Familiarity with RIBA work stages 4-6.
* Living in Cardiff or within a commutable distance from the city.
