Location: Colchester
Salary: Commission Only - OTE £30,000 - £60,000 per annum

The Role
In this role, you will:
* Generate new business by prospecting for leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients to sell or let their properties
* Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales / tenancy agreements
* Guide clients throughout the buying, selling and renting process
* Be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and goals
Most importantly, you run the business how you want to.
