Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Director:
* ARB registered or CIAT accredited with substantial UK based experience.
* Demonstrated proficiency in individual design, particularly in architecture and master planning, with a bonus for conservation experience.
* Strong business development and client management skills, accompanied by exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Self-motivation, excellent organisation, team management capabilities, and adeptness in cost control and deadline management.
* A passion for collaborative work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
* Technical expertise in major design software applications.
* Possession of a full driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
