The Role

As part of the Wokingham Planning team, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and planning project coordination for a wide range of private and public sector clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in the continued growth and success of an already established office.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* MRTPI and a minimum of six years' professional experience

* A strong understanding of commercial planning environments, with a proven track record in both forward planning and development management

* In-depth knowledge of current planning legislation and a commitment to delivering excellence

* Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels

* Experience managing client relationships and leading project teams

* A solid understanding of the local planning landscape and experience working within the region
