Assistant Payroll Manager
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

The role of the Assistant Payroll Manager
* Support the Payroll Manager in the completion of payroll, ensuring effective and accurate delivery of 2-weekly and monthly payroll, including reporting
* Support with all payroll regulations e.g. Tax/HMRC
* Assist in year end processes; ensure all year end processes are complete e.g. holiday, tax
* Support in the administration of the pension scheme
* Assist in managing payroll systems and resolving payroll discrepancies efficiently
* Serve as the payroll team lead and ensure smooth operations during the Manager's absence
The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Payroll Manager
* Proven experience in a similar payroll role, preferably with multi-site experience
* Able to work autonomously to deadlines
* Accurate and attentive to detail
* A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
