As an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer in Bedford you'll work directly with young people displaying challenging behaviours, supporting them through tailored intervention plans designed to promote positive change and reduce risks. Your role will involve one-on-one sessions, group work, and collaborating with professionals like probation officers and social workers to provide well-rounded support.

The Ideal Aspiring Youth Offending Officer:

* Support young people to overcome challenges and lower their risk of reoffending

* Help create and implement personalised behaviour and rehabilitation plans
