Salary: £27-32,000

A well-established architectural practice based in Lichfield is seeking a skilled and detail-focused architectural technician to join its collaborative team. Renowned for delivering thoughtful, practical design solutions, the studio works across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, and educational projects. Requirements:
* HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* UK-based experience post-qualification
* Proven track record in healthcare and commercial sector projects
* Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Sound understanding of UK construction methods and technical standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
* Prepare high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
* Assist project architects and senior colleagues across all RIBA stages
* Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations and planning requirements
