Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience within UK-based architectural practices
* A strong background in residential architecture (preferred)
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and Revit
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
* A practical, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-driven mindset
Role Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
* Contribute detailed technical input during design development
* Ensure all documentation meets current regulatory standards
* Support the delivery of residential and commercial projects
* Opportunity to take on site coordination and project management duties
