Architectural Technician
Location: Ely
Salary: £35-45,000

A respected architectural practice based in Ely is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join its friendly, close-knit team. The studio is known for delivering high-quality work across the residential, leisure, commercial, and workplace sectors. The Role:
* Support and lead project delivery across all RIBA work stages
* Produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawing packages
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and budgets
* Contribute to sustainable design solutions and detailed construction work
* Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and schedules
Requirements:
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
* CIAT membership is desirable
* Proven experience working on UK-based projects
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Proficiency in Revit; experience with ArchiCAD is beneficial
* Must be based within commuting distance of Ely
