Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction stages
* Prepare and submit building regulations applications
* Work alongside structural engineers, M&E consultants, and other specialists
* Maintain high drawing standards and technical workflows
* Undertake site visits and client meetings
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
* CIAT registration or working towards it would be desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Nantwich area
