Architectural Technician
Location: Ely
Salary: £35-45,000

A respected architectural practice based in Ely is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join its close-knit team. Known for delivering high-quality architecture across residential, leisure, commercial and workplace sectors, the practice offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, well-crafted projects with a strong emphasis on technical detailing and buildability.

The Role:
* Support and lead project delivery through all RIBA stages
* Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
* Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants
* Ensure technical compliance and project delivery to deadlines and budgets
* Contribute to sustainable design and technical detailing
* Prepare construction documentation, specifications and schedules
Requirements for the Architectural Technician role:
* HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
* CIAT membership desirable
* Proven experience delivering UK projects
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Proficient in Revit and ArchiCAD is beneficial
* Based within commuting distance of Ely
