Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Newcastle
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer master planning and urban design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work on high residential projects within their Newcastle studios.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completions
* Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
* Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
* Liaise with clients, contractors and other multidisciplined members of the teams
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Experience managing complex projects within the residential sectors
* Job running experience
* Strong technical and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
