Architectural Technician
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35-40,000

A well-established architectural firm is seeking an experienced and passionate Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Warrington. The team are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Architectural Technician to contribute to prestigious projects and work within a collaborative and creative environment. The friendly team has a vibrant portfolio across the commercial, heritage and residential sectors.

Responsibilities:
* Producing and delivering tender packages
* Run projects through all RIBA stages
* Conduct site visits and attend progress meetings
* Ensure project compliance with UK Building Regulations
* Manage your own workload and support junior members of staff
The ideal candidate will have:
* Sufficient experience post qualification in a UK-based practice
* Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* CIAT accredited, or working towards
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Proficient using Revit
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
* Live within a commutable distance from Warrington
