Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £30,000- 40,000 dependent on experience

I am actively recruiting for a passionate Architectural Technician to join an innovative RIBA Chartered Practice whose technical expertise enable them to deliver exciting design throughout multiple sectors including residential, commercial, retail, interior design and leisure. The successful Architectural Technician will ideally have experience job running, excellent technical capabilities as well as experience in residential development projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Working towards chartership (CIAT)
* Extensive UK post qualification experience
* Proven record at job running residential development projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
* Excellent communication skills
* Keen eye for detail and technical excellence demonstrated
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
* Confident liaising with clients and contractors
* Ability to produce high quality tender and construction packages
* Strong time management and organisation skills
* Hit the ground running
* Work effectively in a team environment and independently
* Live locally to the Chelmsford/ Essex area
