Daily Duties

* Producing detailed technical drawing packages

* Leading and coordinating technical delivery on projects

* Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients

* Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings

* Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations

* Managing workload independently and supporting junior staff

Ideal Candidate

* Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial years UK industry experience

* Proven technical construction knowledge

* High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

* Revit experience preferred (training offered)

* Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus

* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards

* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

* Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
