Responsibilities:
* Lead and support design development on commercial projects
* Produce planning, tender and construction packages using ArchiCAD
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
* Attend client and site meetings
* Support junior team members and contribute to studio culture
Skills and Experience:
* ARB registered Architect with sufficient post-Part III experience
* Strong design and technical ability with a keen eye for detail
* Proficient in ArchiCAD
* Experience working on UK commercial projects
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and coordination skills
* Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations essential
