Job Title: Architect

Location: Farnborough
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who work on a range of projects within the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect who is proficient with Revit to help deliver these residential projects for their Farnborough studio.

Daily Duties for the role of Architect:
* Lead residential projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Requirements for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Job running experience
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent design and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
