Penguin Recruitment are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a market leading Acoustic Consultancy, based in the UK. They are experts in architectural acoustics and noise control solutions. My client is involved in a wide variety of exciting projects, from the redevelopment of listed historic buildings to applying innovative techniques to new builds.
They are looking for a talented Acoustic Engineer to join their Edinburgh office. As an Acoustic Engineer you will be delivering your Acoustic expertise to ground-breaking projects all over the world. This exposure will accelerate your professional development, within a company that encourages career progression. Successful applicants will receive renowned training.
Role responsibilities include:
* Liaising with engineers, architects, developers, and contractors to deliver excellent acoustic services.
* Creating and implementing noise control solutions.
* Collecting acoustical data using some of the best equipment and software.
The ideal candidate:
* A degree in either Acoustics or Physics. An Engineering degree, including Acoustics modules, will also be considered.
* Keen to apply for AMIOA, with the Institute of Acoustics IoA.
* Experience in building Acoustics, is preferred.
