£33,000-£35,000 Basic + Overtime
Overtime: Available at Higher Rates
Rota: Monday - Friday DAYS
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery, primarily 360 excavators, loaders, and other recycling equipment.
- Efficiently load and unload materials, such as scrap metal, paper, plastic, and glass, from trucks and containers.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a 360 Operator within the recycling, waste management, or related industries.
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery, such as a CPCS card (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of operating procedures and safety guidelines for heavy equipment.
- Proficient in using 360 excavators, loaders, and other recycling machinery, with the ability to handle different attachments.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
